Terms of Service

The rules for using Mind Flower. The section that matters most is the second one — what this product is not.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Kevin Kubik MEDIA, represented by Kevin Kubik. By creating an account you accept them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mind Flower.

What Mind Flower is not

Mind Flower is a wellbeing product. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic or treatment tool, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Sage is an AI companion. It is not a therapist, counsellor, psychologist or clinician, and nothing it says is medical advice. AI responses can be wrong, and you should treat them as a prompt for your own thinking rather than as guidance to follow.

If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. Mind Flower is not monitored by humans and cannot respond to an emergency.

Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in this app.

If an AI response is offensive, harmful or wrong, use the Report button beneath it.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One account per person. Do not share an account with someone else — the insights are generated from one person's patterns and become meaningless otherwise.

Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

Subscription, billing and cancellation

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay and include any applicable tax.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. On the web you can cancel any time from the Account & billing page; if you subscribed in the Android app, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms, including its refund policy.

We do not issue automatic refunds for partial periods, but if something has gone wrong, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue.

If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel first.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mind Flower to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attempt to access another person's data.

Do not attempt to extract, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and do not use it to build a competing product.

Do not try to make Sage produce harmful content or bypass its safeguards.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you — nothing more.

We do not publish your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You can export everything or delete everything at any time from your Profile.

Availability

We aim to keep Mind Flower running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages and failures at our providers can interrupt it.

Features may change. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, which ends this agreement and erases your data.

We may end it if you seriously breach these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and disputes go to the courts of Poland.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
